You will need the VB3 runtime file VBRUN300.DLL to use this game.
If you do not already have it, just search the web for VBRUN300.DLL
and you're bound to find a copy.  Or download mine at:
http://members.tripod.co.uk/reversi/Vbrun300.zip (226Kb)
It should go in the directory with reversi.exe, or in your
windows/system directory.

Registering
===========

This program is shareware.  Feel free to copy, distribute and
play this game as much as you like.  If you want to register it
to get the extra features, please go to:

The main benefit of registering is that you get the harder opponents
to play against.  You also get a couple more board and tile designs.
Further (full registered) versions of the program (next one will definitely have sound) will also be emailled to you.

Registration is only $5.


Layouts
=======

Feel free to design your own board layouts.  Have a look at the *.map
files in the directory and you'll be able to work it out.  Send any
good ones to me and i'll include them in the next version.  (Any
properly formatted file ending in .map gets included on the menu
list).


Improvements
============

4th May 1999 - added sound effects, and extra preference to disable then.


Future plans
============

The layouts could be extended to contain background pictures and their own sound effects.
